The workshops scheduled for Thursday, 16 October, will be held in Building 2, as shown in the picture below.

The Council meeting, Friday and Saturday sessions will be held in the Main Auditorium, as shown in the picture below.

The venue for the 101st EGPRN Meeting is the Auditorium Complex of the Medical University of Plovdiv, one of the most modern academic facilities in Bulgaria. Designed by architect Dimitar Ahryanov and opened in 2011, the building features clean architectural lines, a glazed façade, and a contemporary silhouette. It was nominated for "Building of the Year 2011" in the Culture category, a testament to its functional and aesthetic quality.

The complex comprises eight modern lecture halls and three spacious lobbies, making it ideal for a variety of scientific formats - including keynote lectures, parallel sessions, workshops, and thematic discussions. Seating is arranged amphitheatrically to promote engagement and visibility, and the fifth auditorium is specifically designed to support interactive formats. The entire venue is climate-controlled and offers free Wi-Fi throughout, ensuring a comfortable and connected experience for all participants.

Adding to the atmosphere is the landscaped park area in front of the building, which features preserved archaeological artifacts from the 1st–2nd century, blending the ancient heritage of Plovdiv with the modern spirit of academic exchange. This venue reflects both the rich cultural setting of the city and the high professional standards of the Medical University of Plovdiv.
